75 Volunteers Staffed Tuesday’s Phone Banks, Six AZGOP Offices Now Operating in Arizona
PHOENIX – This afternoon Chairman Robert Graham of the Arizona Republican Party thanked the 75 volunteers who staffed phone banks in Phoenix, Sun City and Tucson yesterday as part of the AZGOP’s Trump Tuesday voter outreach program.
Graham also announced the opening of the first round of additional party offices in Payson (Gila County), Sierra Vista (Cochise County) and Safford (Graham County) to bring the total number of field offices to six, covering five of Arizona’s fifteen counties to date. The offices will be used as satellite locations to host volunteer phone banks, grassroots meetings, and training sessions as well as provide convenient locations to distribute candidate yard signs and campaign materials. Numerous additional sites are being considered for a dozen more offices throughout the state .
“Our Trump Tuesday event had its second successful series of phone calls at three locations with 75 volunteers engaging voters one-on-one.” said Arizona Republican Party Chairman Robert Graham. “It’s great to see their enthusiasm for our Republican party and our nominees, and we’re looking forward to seeing the results increase next week as we bring the first six of our additional statewide party offices on line to accommodate more of our party workers throughout Arizona. We’ll have a dozen more open soon, as we’re nearly overwhelmed with volunteers who want to help the party and our candidates.”
